In order to enter the Raffle, or The Ride, you must first download and print the appropriate file above. After printing, Please complete the form with all requested information and mail to the address listed on the form. Unfortunately entry forms can NOT be accepted by FAX. If you are having trouble downloading or viewing the files, please contact Val at the Trinity Offices to recieve copies. Just click on the "Contact Us" link to the left of the page.
